GENERAL
USE
UCMG contains multifunctional surface functionalities capable of forming covalent, ionic, and hydrogen bonds, making it highly compatible with virtually all types of polymers, metals, and ceramics.
- UCMG is available in a range of specialized grades—including Normal, SE, ESD, and EPD—tailored to diverse application requirements.
- UCMG serves as an effective functional component in conductive inks and coating formulations, while also acting as a multifunctional additive that enhances the mechanical, electrical, thermal, dielectric, and barrier properties of composite materials.
- Unlike conventional non-oxidized graphene, which is generally electrically neutral, or graphene oxide, which typically carries a weak negative surface charge, UCMG-P consists of positively charged, two-dimensional monolayer graphene sheets. This unique characteristic makes it particularly well suited for Electrophoretic Deposition (EPD). In addition, BESTGRAPHENE can precisely tailor the polarity and surface charge density of UCMG to satisfy specific process and application requirements.
- UCMG enables binder-free self-assembly to form core–shell hybrid structures with metal and ceramic particles, making it an ideal platform for advanced composite materials and high-performance functional coatings.
APPLICATIONS
- EMI shielding, ESD coating or Anti-corrosion
- Electrode or Additives for RFID, OLED, Flexible display, Battery (LiB, Supercapacitor) or Passive components (MLCC, Power Inductor)
- Printable conductive ink
