Graphene ink & Paste
BGI-GCE

General use
BGI-GCE is a product containing epoxy-reactive graphene in a copper-based conductive ink.
Epoxy-reactive graphene applied with BG's UCMG technology exhibits excellent compatibility with metals and resins in the ink,
thereby simultaneously improving the conductivity and mechanical properties of printing ink.
Functionalized graphene (UCMG) participates in the epoxy curing reaction and increases interfacial bonding after printing.
Graphene in ink also helps maintain shape after printing by controlling rheological behavior.
The excellent barrier properties of graphene contained in BGI-GCE can suppress the increase in resistance due to oxidation of the metal surface even if the curing process is performed in an atmospheric atmosphere.
As graphene, which has barrier properties to oxygen and moisture, is contained in copper-based ink in a functionalized state, it can contribute to improving reliability as a material for electronic parts by suppressing oxidation of the copper surface
According to the customer needs, the graphene and metal content, viscosity and resistance level can be freely adjusted within the range indicated in the table above.
